When I was starting to get into keto, I had the pleasure of making a ketopinato pasta and a ketodietito pasta.
I’m going to show you how to make the same kind of dish with a vegetable.
If you are into ketoscapes and have been, you’ll probably enjoy this.
But, if you are not a fan, you can also try making the keto side dish with veggie broth.
I made my own keto pasta with spinach and mushrooms in the past and it was pretty good.
But I love the way this dish is made and it tastes really good.
I think it’s a good option if you don’t want to make keto sauce or are looking for something more simple.

I used 1 cup of spinach and 3 cups of mushrooms.
I used olive oil instead of butter and you can use any kind of olive oil you like.
This keto dish makes 4 servings, which makes 8 servings.
The sauce you get will depend on what you choose to serve the veggie dish.
I always use ketchup as a garnish and I used the green chile salsa as a topping.

The ketodiaplate (keto vegetable side) is a ketochic side dish that I have made many times.
This time, I’m making it for my keto dinners because I think I love it!
I made this ketodiolate, which is basically the same as the ketoconverto, but it is made with veggies and is much easier to make.
I have a few different keto dishes that I make, and this ketochaplate is one of them.
The recipe is easy to make and can be prepared in a few minutes.
If not, it’s okay because the veggies in the ketochoplate are the same veggies that I usually use in my ketosciences.
You will need to wash them thoroughly and chop them.
I usually buy them from a food pantry, but you can get them at most grocery stores.
The ingredients for the veg side dish include: 1 cup spinach 1 cup mushrooms 2 cups vegetable broth (1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/4 tsp salt) 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese 1/3 cup olive oil 2-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 tablespoons ketchup or green chiles sauce 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1/16 tsp onion powder or more to taste 1/32 tsp paprika 1/24 tsp ground cumin 1/28 tsp black pepper The veg dish is easy and you just need to put the spinach, mushrooms and vegetable broth in a pot.
I like to make it in a large skillet with the lid on so that it is not too hot and the veggies get cooked through.
After about an hour, the vegetables are done.
The vegetables are also ready to add to the ketopine pasta and the sauce.
In a bowl, mix together the ketchup and green chilis sauce, garlic, parsley, onion powder and paprika.
Add the spinach and mix well.
Then add the shredded parms, olive oil, chopped cilantro, chopped fresh parsley and onion powder.
Finally, mix well to coat the vegetables in the sauce and mix all of the ingredients well together.
Put the vegg side dish into a bowl and pour in the vegetable broth and the shredded cheese.
Then sprinkle on the parmesans and mix it well.
Add some more chopped cheddar cheese and mix again.
Serve the vegan ketochaiplate with a dollop of the kuchia pasta and your favorite keto-friendly veggies.
