Vegetarian egg rolls are a great way to keep your veggies fresh and healthy.

The ingredients are very similar to veggie roll and egg rolls but they’re slightly different and the egg roll is much sweeter.
They make an amazing vegetarian food to serve on the table, but you can also make them ahead of time to make them even healthier.

To make a vegan egg roll, mix all the ingredients for a vegan vegetarian egg in a bowl.
Cover with a lid and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Once it’s cool, add the spices, the spinach, the vegg, and the chickpeas.
Then add the tomatoes, the lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
Cook for another 30 minutes or until the sauce is thickened and the tomato is tender.
Serve it with your favorite toppings, such as a handful of sliced strawberries, sliced onions, and chopped green chilies.
