When is a carb in a vegetable ok to eat?

I can’t remember the last time I ate a veggie with a bit of fat in it.

And I’m not alone. 

When I say that a “potato with a little bit of oil in it” is probably going to be a bit greasy, I’m pretty much right. 

In fact, I wouldn’t even want to say that I wouldn´t want to eat that potato. 

And, I know, it might sound weird to say “a bit of vegetable oil”, but it’s not. 

It´s all about how you want to enjoy the dish, and when you can do that, there is nothing wrong with it. 

But, when you are using vegetable oil, it can really come in handy. 

You could use it to coat the potatoes, to help the cooking time, to give it a good crust. 

Or you could use a little extra vegetable oil to make a salad dressing. 

I don’t know what the next step is, but I can promise you, it won’t hurt to try it.

I was looking for a recipe to use as a base for my recipe book and I couldn’t find one. 

So, I thought I would try something new and a bit unusual. 

What I ended up doing was making a sauce from scratch. 

If you don’t want to make any of the ingredients yourself, just buy them at a grocery store or you can make them yourself using this step-by-step guide.

I chose an aromatic, red pepper-and-garlic sauce that I liked from the spice section of the supermarket. 

The red pepper and garlic give the sauce a kick of heat and aroma, but it also adds a nice tang that makes it a great base for a veg-laden salad. 

To make the sauce, combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. 

Add the onions, garlic, pepper, and salt to the bowl.Mix well. 

Once you add the ingredients to the pan, cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the sauce is thick and the vegetables are tender. 

Drain the vegetables from the pan and add them to the pot. 

Now, add the red pepper flakes to the vegetables and mix well.

Add a little water to the sauce to make sure it’s all absorbed. 

After the sauce has simmered for a while, add some extra water to make the vegetables slightly more soggy. 

Transfer the vegetables to a serving bowl and serve with your choice of dressing.

This sauce is a great side dish for a picnic, or just a quick meal. 

This is an easy recipe to make, too, and it’s really good for your wallet too. 

All you need to do is get some nice vegetables and cook up a delicious salad.

And, you can keep adding some more ingredients to make it even more delicious!
