How to Make Your Own Egg-Free Spring Rolls

How to make your own egg-free spring rolls at home.

This recipe is inspired by a recipe I made a few years ago and it was really delicious.

I hope you enjoy it too!

I have been craving egg-less spring rolls for a while now, and it is finally here!

You’ll want to use spring rolls that are not super crispy or crunchy, and then cut them into bite-sized squares.

I have a whole bag of them lying around for you to make yourself.

You can also use plain white flour instead of egg white, and you can use a different filling (like vegetable broth, almond milk, or even vegan butter) for the topping.

Just remember to mix it all up well and keep the edges soft so it doesn’t stick.

The egg-laden filling makes it so much easier to peel and chop the veggies.

And of course, you can freeze the veggies in the freezer for up to 3 months!

Ingredients: 1 cup white whole wheat flour
